All our accommodation is set within beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking rolling fields. Our barns have been stylishly converted to provide:

• 3 very spacious one-bedroomed self-catering cottages; and
• 2 large ensuite B&B rooms.

EnjoyEngland has awarded us 5 Stars and a Gold Award for our B&B rooms.  We also have 5 Stars for all our self-catering cottages and Gold Awards as well. 

We've paid meticulous attention to detail to ensure that our self-catering cottages and our B&B rooms contain everything you need. Furniture and soft furnishings are high quality, we want you to feel at home in clean and luxurious surroundings.   

Our accommodation is decorated in stylish neutral colours with soft furnishings that exude quality and comfort. From 100% cotton bedding to fluffy towels, goose-down duvets and oil-fired central heating throughout, you should feel that every little home luxury is provided.

We also clean and care for all of the accommodation ourselves so you should find it all spotless and well presented for that "welcome to your second home" feeling.

We also have our private borehole water supply (and purification system) so that the water you drink is wonderfully fresh.

For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we have a strict no smoking policy in all our accommodation and grounds.

To ensure we maintain the peace and tranquillity for all our guests we regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 14 or pets. 

Our two dogs - Barney and Pongo - also like to welcome guests. We do discourage our dogs from visiting our self catering courtyard gardens.  If you are staying in our cottages, plase resist the temptation to feed Barney & Pongo.  They are already well fed! 

If you are not a doggie person, do please let us know and we wll do our utmost to keep them away from you.
