Bed & Breakfast - an alternative to Hotels on the Roseland
Come and stay at our 5 Star, Gold Award winning B&B
Our home has two spacious ensuite double rooms - "The Fal" and "The Minack". Our prices, per room range from £90/night including breakfast (low season) to £115/night including breakfast (high season).
In addition to being awarded a 5-star rating by enjoyEngland, they both have a Gold Award for the quality of accommodation and customer service. We believe that we offer many of the facilities of an hotel on the Roseland and in St Mawes, but with more attention to detail and a greater personal service. We have also been awarded an enjoyEngland breakfast award for the quality locally sourced breakfasts we provide - see below for the menu.
Both of our boutique B&B rooms have flat-screen TVs, DVD players and Vita R2i integrated digital radios and iPod docking stations. Their sound quality is superb.
Both rooms have a contempory B&B feel and we provide tea and coffee making facilities, Cornish biscuits and silent mini-fridges stocked with a selection of complimentary fruit juices and Pure Blue mineral water. We clean and restock our rooms every day.
Unlike many other B&Bs on the Roseland, we are exclusively for adults and open from mid February to the end of October every year. Whatever time of year you visit us, one thing comes as standard - a warm welcome and a commitment to do what we can to make your stay special.
The Fal:

- Vita Audio R2i digital radio and iPod docking station
You can check-in from 4pm until 6pm, (Other times by prior arrangement and only up to 10.00pm).
When you arrive, we'll welcome you with a complimentary home-baked Cornish cream tea. If it's sunny, why not relax and enjoy your tea in our beautiful gardens and grounds?
After an evening in one of our many fine local pubs and restaurants, relax in our comfy beds covered in White Company 400 thread count bed-linen and cosseted in feather duvets.
Freshen up in the morning with our complimentary selection of White Company toiletries and large fluffy towels.
Then feast on our award winning full Cornish Breakfast - fresh fruit, natural yogurt, compote, fruit juices, organic breads, preserves and locally sourced bacon, sausages, mushrooms, eggs and hogs' pudding. We cook our breakfasts to order - so whilst it may take a few more minutes to appear on the table, it's not been kept warm in the oven for an hour or so!

We source our meats from A R Day butchers in Portscatho. Our dairy produce comes from Lillie Brothers in Falmouth. Fruit and vegetables are ordered from The Cornish Food Market in Falmouth, preserves from Boddingtons in Mevagissey and mineral water from Pure Blue in Falmouth. Pure Blue also pick up used bottles - so please hold on to them and we'll get them recycled. Click on the links to the left to find out more about those suppliers of ours that have websites.
We've also got plenty of maps and guidebooks for you to peruse, together with free Wi-fi access and a complimentary internet service to help you get the most out of your break.
We're sorry, but to maintain the peace and tranquillity for everyone we are not able to accommodate children under 14 or pets.
