To our knowledge, we're the first adults only B&B on the Roseland to be awarded 5 stars for quality and service - and as you can probably imagine, we're cock-a-hoop.

The B&B inspector from Quality In Tourism spend 24 hours with us earlier this week on an unannounced visit. She assessed everything from how we take bookings through to the cleanliness of our rooms, the quality of our food and our overall service levels.

Not only have we got an additional star, but we've got a Silver Award to go with it.  Commenting on the news, Barbara said "It's fantastic.  We always try to go that extra mile for all our guests be they B&B or self-catering.  To receive the recognition after all our hard work is great news."

Mark added "it's a super way to end a very busy season. We might even crack a bottle of bubbly tonight - provided I'm allowed!"
