If you send us a message using the form on this website, your name and email address will be sent by email to Roundhouse Barn Holidays and may be held in our records. We will use this information to reply to your message. Unless you expressly state otherwise, we may also use your email address to add you to our email marketing database. We do not allow other organisations access to our email marketing database.
2.2 Newsletter Subscription
When you subscribe to our newsletter using a form on this website an account will automatically be created and a plain text email will be sent to you with details of how to login to your account. You can use the facilities provided to update your details or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can also unsubscribe via this website.
2.3 Website Account
Your email address is required to login to your website account and is recorded in our database, along with your name and a password.
The login page has a "password reminder" facility, which will only dispatch reminders to the email address registered with us. You can use your account to change your details, set a new password, and subscribe to our optional mailing list.
