When you book one of our cottages, why not let us do your grocery shopping for you.  You can also order one of our three fabulous Goodie Boxes that will be in your cottage when you arrive.  They are packed full of groceries so that you haven't got to worry about shopping for food the day before you travel to us.  You'll also hopefully spend less time packing the car as well!

Award winning cottages

Each of our cottages was awarded 5 stars and a Gold Award from enjoyEngland in March 2010 for exceptional quality and customer service. 

All our cottages are tastefully decorated in either a contemporary or a traditional cottage style.  They have quality bed linen and stylish soft furnishings.  We even provide tea towels and oven gloves. 

We also have 2 Weber charcoal BBQs for alfresco cookery and dining on those balmy summer evenings. 

To ensure we maintain the peace and tranquillity for all our guests we regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 14 or pets.  

Cockle Cottage

Superb detached barn.  Newly refurbished.  Wood burner in lounge (great for out-of-season breaks).  Stunning, solid oak flooring in lounge and bedroom.  4ft 6 double bed.  Vita Audio R4 digital radio, CD player and iPod  docking station.  Spacious ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating, slate tiles, large walk in shower and large free-standing bath.  Large newly installed kitchen with granite worktops and Neff appliances, including dishwasher.  Traditional with a contemporary twist - ideal for a special, romantic getaway. 

The Dairy

Newly refurbished ground level cottage.  Gorgeous lounge with "wood-burner" on slate hearth.  Full Sky TV package.  Bose Soundock Series II IPod  docking station.  Stunning, solid oak flooring throughout.  Oak furniture.  Huge bathroom with underfloor heating, travertine tile floors, large walk-in shower and free-standing bath.  Large bedroom with 5ft bed.  Brand new kitchen, granite worktops and complete set of Neff appliances (including dishwasher).  Contemporary, light and airy.

The Carthouse

Refurbished in Jan/Feb 2010 to a very high standard.   Ground level cottage.  Lovely, large lounge with slate hearth and "wood-burner", Bose Soundock Series II IPod docking station and full Sky TV package.  Exposed wooden beams in hall, kitchen and bedroom.  Huge bedroom with 6ft bed (can be configured as a twin).  Spacious newly refurbished bathroom with a shower over the bath.  Travertine tiles with underfloor heating.  New kitchen with granite worktops and full range of Neff appliances (including dishwasher).  South facing window seats in kitchen and bedroom.  Cosy, contemporary and charming.
