Holiday Extras
Making your break that little bit extra special
We want to make your holiday as memorable as possible. If you're celebrating a special occasion - be it a honeymoon, an anniversary or a "big" birthday, please let us know. We can provide a range of holiday extras to make the occasion even more memorable.
Let us know within 7 days of your arrival date and we'll do our best to add those little extra touches. If you'd like something a little different, either email us or telephone us on 01872 580038 to discuss and we'll do our best to help.
For fish fans, we can also arrange for freshly caught fish to be delivered to you. We use Wing of St Mawes. They can usually source everything from Lobster and Ling and mussels and monkfish through to Crab and Cod. On weekdays, simply give us 48 hours notice and we'll arrange to have it delivered to your cottage. The bulk of Wing's Fish is sustainably sourced. We would encourage you to ensure whenever possible you buy sustainably sourced fish.
If you are arriving late - or simply don't want to prepare a meal one evening during your stay with us - we can also arrange for a selection of curries and rice to be in your fridge for you to simply heat up and serve. We source our curries from The Little Cornish Curry Company - the winner of 6 Taste of the West Awards in August 2007. We keep a stock in our freezers.
You can also order locally sourced provisions at any time during your stay from a company called Cornish Food Market. Simply telephone them on 01326 371951 or order online. Order one day, and they'll deliver the next (Monday - Friday).
Have a private chef deliver your food to you
We've also linked up with a company called Cooking for You. They normally cater for parties of 6 or more, but they've come up with a bespoke menu for our guests which we can supply you on request. You do need to give them a week's notice, but then you can put your feet up and wait for a delicious meal to be delivered to your cottage door.
From our guests...
“We have had such a wonderful stay in every way, Thank you so much. 15th August 2009.”
