“March is the best month in the year for mussels, any time is good for proper beer brewed by people who love what they do. A big marquee next to our lovely pub with some great bands, a selection of 30 beers and some of my favourite mussel dishes; what could be a better combination on a weekend by the coast in Cornwall.” Rick Stein
So why not pop along and enjoy over 30 different beers and ciders from St. Austell Brewery and Sharp’s Brewery, including an exclusive festival beer. Alongside these, mussel dishes such as moules mariniere and mussel masala with coconut, ginger and green chillies will be freshly cooked.
The two day event will also screen the England rugby game, together with a cooking demonstration by Jack Stein (one of Rick and Jill’s sons).
